By downloading, installing, or using any Cong Le app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

What's New

1. License and Acceptable Use

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal use.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works except where permitted by law.
• All intellectual property rights in the App remain with Cong Le.

2. App Functionality and Availability

• We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
• Some features may require internet connection and compatible device/OS versions.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

3.1 In-App Purchases

• Some apps offer premium features through one-time purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions.
• All prices are clearly displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3.3 Refunds

• Billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Kids Category Apps

Some of our apps are listed in the App Store Kids Category and are designed for use by children. For these apps:

• A parental gate (math problem) is required before accessing settings, making purchases, or opening external links.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for managing their child's use of the app and any subscription purchases.
• No personal data is collected from children. See our Kids App Privacy Policy for details.
• These apps comply with Apple's Kids Category guidelines and applicable children's privacy laws including COPPA.

5. Device and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access credentials.
• Using jailbroken/rooted devices may affect app functionality and security.

6. Third-Party Services

Apps may include third-party SDKs and services. Their use is subject to those providers' terms and policies, including:

• Apple App Store Terms
• Firebase Terms
• AdMob Terms (where ads are used)

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Cong Le is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends and you must stop using it.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of your country/state of residence unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

You should adapt this clause with a lawyer for your preferred legal jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
