Kids App Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026 Effective date: July 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to apps published by Cong Le ("we", "us") that are listed in the Kids Category on the App Store. These apps are designed for children ages 0–5 and comply with Apple's Kids Category requirements, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and applicable children's privacy regulations.

This policy supersedes the general Privacy Policy for any app listed in the Kids Category.

1. No Data Collection by Cong Le

Cong Le does not collect, receive, or store personal information or device information from our Kids Category apps. Some apps may use Apple's private iCloud service to sync user-created content between the family's own devices, as explained in Section 4. Specifically:

2. No Third-Party SDKs or Services

Our Kids Category apps do not include third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics SDKs. Specifically:

Some apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Apple handles all payment processing — no payment details are collected by us or sent to our servers. App processing runs on-device except when an app uses an Apple service such as StoreKit or private iCloud/CloudKit sync.

3. No Tracking

Our Kids Category apps do not track users in any way. We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or any other mechanism to track users across apps or websites.

4. On-Device Data and Private iCloud Sync

Content created within an app is stored on the user's device. Some apps also offer private iCloud sync through Apple's CloudKit service so content such as child profiles, routines, photos, boards, and progress can appear on devices signed in to the same Apple Account.

That synced content is stored in the user's private iCloud database. It is transmitted to Apple for the purpose of storage and synchronization, but it is not sent to Cong Le, used for advertising or analytics, or shared by us with other companies. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's privacy policy and the user's iCloud settings.

If iCloud is unavailable, an app may keep its content only on the device until private sync is available again.

5. External Links

Any links to external websites (such as our Privacy Policy or Terms of Use) are placed behind a parental gate that requires solving a math problem. Children cannot access external links without parental assistance. No links to social media or unrelated third-party content are included.

6. Parental Rights

Since Cong Le does not receive personal information from our Kids Category apps, we do not hold a developer-side account or database containing a child's content. Parents can view, change, or delete app content within the app and manage iCloud through their Apple Account settings. If you believe information has been sent to us inadvertently, contact us and we will promptly investigate.

Parents and guardians are responsible for managing their child's use of the app, including any in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple and can be managed via Apple ID Account Settings.

7. Parental Contact

If you are a parent or guardian and have questions about this policy, please contact us:

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Our commitment to not collecting data from children will not change.
