Kids App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to apps published by Cong Le ("we", "us") that are listed in the Kids Category on the App Store. These apps are designed for children ages 0–5 and comply with Apple's Kids Category requirements, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and applicable children's privacy regulations.

This policy supersedes the general Privacy Policy for any app listed in the Kids Category.

1. No Data Collection

Our Kids Category apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or device information. Specifically:

We do not collect names, email addresses, photos, or any other personal data.
We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data.
We do not use cookies, pixels, or any other tracking technologies.

2. No Third-Party SDKs or Services

Our Kids Category apps do not include third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics SDKs. Specifically:

No analytics — no Firebase Analytics, no usage tracking of any kind.
No advertising — no Google AdMob, no ad networks, no ad identifiers.
No crash reporting — no Firebase Crashlytics or similar services.

Some apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Apple handles all payment processing — no purchase data is collected by us or sent to any third-party server. All app functionality runs entirely on-device.

3. No Tracking

Our Kids Category apps do not track users in any way. We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or any other mechanism to track users across apps or websites.

4. On-Device Data

Any content created within the app (such as drawings, settings, or progress) is stored exclusively on the user's device. This data is never transmitted to us or any third party.

5. External Links

Any links to external websites (such as our Privacy Policy or Terms of Use) are placed behind a parental gate that requires solving a math problem. Children cannot access external links without parental assistance. No links to social media or unrelated third-party content are included.

6. Parental Rights

Since our Kids Category apps do not collect any personal information, there is no personal data to review, modify, or delete. If you are a parent or guardian and believe any data has been inadvertently collected, you may contact us and we will promptly investigate and delete any such data.

Parents and guardians are responsible for managing their child's use of the app, including any in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple and can be managed via Apple ID Account Settings.
